Note: If you have refinanced through us before, all you need to do is to sign a blank mortgage application and disclosure form and mail it to us.

1) Complete the free no obligation online mortgage application. If you do not wish to complete the online form applicaiton, then call or email us your mailing address. We will mail you a free no obligation loan application and disclosure form. (Skip step 2)

2) Download a hard copy of the loan application and disclosure forms. Sing all of the application forms and mail then to us.

Note: You do not have to complete or fill out the loan application if you have completed the online loan application.

3) Send us all the needed documents.

4) We will run credit report, order prelein, appraises, and home owner association documents.

5) We will send you loan package to a lender and lock you the best rate upon your approval.

6) We will resolve all the lender's conditions. You will be notified to sign your loan documents at the Title Company (if you don't have time, we will have a trained notary come to your home or office).

7) The Title Company will send your signed loan documents to the lender.

8) Your loan will be funded by the lender.
