In order to earn a fee for participating in the origination of a mortgage, the Associate has specific tasks to perform, including:

- Help the borrower(s) to complete the online mortgage application.

- Make sure the borrower(s) put an Associate username where appropriate.

- Make sure the borrower(s) submit the last page of application.

- Make sure the borrower(s) submit all items needed.
