Important Notes
The estimated fees apply to loans with closing cost and/or Points.
* The borrower pays Appraisal fee at the time that the appraiser
conducts the appraisal inspection. If you are taking a "Low Fee" loan,
we still request that you pay the appraiser at the time of inspection.
We will pay you back the appraisal fee at the close of escrow.
The actual appraisal fee is higher for custom homes and rural properties.
Our appraisers
will provide you with this cost prior to the inspection.
